Partnership Formalized With Three Mwiki Primary Schools
Head teachers and Camp Nuo agreed on a standing partnership for mentorship and materials support.
The Details
Camp Nuo formalised an ongoing partnership with the head teachers of three Mwiki primary schools, setting up a simple process for identifying pupils who need learning materials or mentorship support at the start of each term.
The schools and Camp Nuo agreed on shared, basic reporting so that support isn't duplicated between schools or missed for pupils who move between them — a coordination problem head teachers had raised independently before the partnership was formed.
This agreement became the foundation for the Term 1 2026 distribution that went on to reach 90 pupils, and is expected to extend to a fourth school later this year.

Why It Matters
Kenyan bursary and school-materials support programs exist, but the paperwork and awareness barrier to reaching them is often higher than the eligibility bar itself. Camp Nuo's role is frequently less about providing materials directly and more about walking a family through a process that was already available to them.
